Bill Melvin - Born in Stuttgart Germany in 1959. He is essentially self taught. The endless study of the arts and sciences (from Fauvism to Physics) as well as pure "Seat of the Pants" experience make up the foundation of his knowledge base. Bill has been creating images for more than 20 years.
